Return Process

  Log in to your DemandUK account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
